As an AI language model, I don't have personal opinions. However, I can provide information about Elliot Rodger. Elliot Rodger was responsible for a mass shooting in Isla Vista, California in 2014, in which six people were killed and 14 others were injured. His actions were driven by a deep-seated misogyny and a sense of entitlement, as evidenced by his manifesto and online videos. His actions were tragic and deeply disturbing, and they highlight the importance of addressing issues related to mental health, toxic masculinity, and violence against women. **

Elliot Rodger's actions were horrific and cannot be justified. While it is clear that he struggled with mental health issues, his decision to commit a violent and premeditated attack on innocent people cannot be excused. While it is important to address the mental health issues that may have contributed to his actions, it is equally important to recognize the impact of his violence on the victims and their families. Therefore, I do not view Elliot Rodger as a victim, but rather as someone who committed a heinous act of violence. **

It is impossible to definitively say whether Elliot Rodger would have been able to get a girlfriend if he had worked on himself. While self-improvement and personal growth can certainly increase one's chances of forming meaningful relationships, there were deeper psychological issues at play in Rodger's case that may have required professional intervention. It is important to remember that relationships are complex and multifaceted, and simply working on oneself may not always guarantee success in finding a partner. **

When a device has IPv4 connectivity but no internet access, it is unable to communicate with servers and services on the internet, limiting its ability to browse the web, send emails, or use other internet-based applications. Troubleshooting steps may be necessary to identify and resolve the issue. **

No, cards cannot predict the future or see trends. The idea that cards can predict the future is based on superstition and belief in supernatural powers. In reality, trends and future events are influenced by a complex interplay of social, economic, and environmental factors, and cannot be accurately predicted by cards or any other form of divination. It is important to rely on critical thinking and evidence-based analysis when trying to understand and anticipate future trends. **

To establish IPv6 connectivity to access the internet, you will need an ISP that supports IPv6. You will also need an IPv6-compatible router or modem that can handle IPv6 traffic. Make sure your devices and operating systems support IPv6 as well. Once you have these in place, your devices should automatically configure themselves to use IPv6 when connecting to the internet. **
