The Commonwealth is a voluntary association of 54 countries, most of which were former territories of the British Empire, that work together on various issues such as economic development, democracy, and human rights. On the other hand, the European Union (EU) is a political and economic union of 27 European countries that have agreed to work together on a wide range of issues, including trade, security, and environmental protection. While the Commonwealth is more of a loose association based on historical ties and shared values, the EU is a more tightly integrated union with its own institutions, laws, and currency. Additionally, membership in the Commonwealth is not exclusive to countries in Europe, while the EU is a regional organization specific to European nations. **

The British Empire was a colonial power that ruled over various territories around the world through direct control. It was characterized by British dominance and exploitation of resources in these territories. In contrast, the Commonwealth is a voluntary association of 54 independent member countries, most of which were former territories of the British Empire. The Commonwealth promotes cooperation, development, and shared values among its members, but each country has its own government and is not under British rule. **

The British Empire was the largest empire in history, spanning over 20% of the world's land area at its peak in the early 20th century. It was established through colonization, conquest, and trade, and included territories in North America, the Caribbean, Africa, Asia, and the Pacific. The Commonwealth of Nations, on the other hand, is a voluntary association of 54 independent countries, most of which were formerly part of the British Empire. It was established in 1931 and promotes cooperation and mutual support among its member states, with a focus on shared values such as democracy, human rights, and the rule of law. **

It's difficult to determine a clear winner between the Saviors and the Commonwealth from The Walking Dead, as both groups have their own strengths and weaknesses. The Saviors, led by Negan, are known for their brutality and willingness to do whatever it takes to survive. On the other hand, the Commonwealth is a large, organized community with advanced technology and resources. Ultimately, the outcome would likely depend on the specific circumstances of their conflict, such as the size of their respective forces, their strategic abilities, and any external factors. **

As an AI, I don't have personal opinions, but I can provide some perspectives. The decision for the USA not to be part of the Commonwealth is a matter of historical and political choice. The USA has its own unique history and identity, and its decision to not be part of the Commonwealth reflects its commitment to its own sovereignty and independence. While being part of the Commonwealth could bring certain benefits, such as closer ties with other member countries, the USA has chosen to pursue its own path and relationships with other nations. Ultimately, whether it is good or not depends on one's perspective and priorities. **
